I’m just starting out learning piano. I want a digital piano that is very similar in sound and feel to a real piano. I also want MIDI features as well.
Any recomendations on brands, models, places to buy. Thank you.

I would recommend YAMAHA as my friend use that brand.
She said the sound is better than other compare in the same price range.
Then, it depends on your budget.
If it is not a problem, try any model that over than $1000.
(my friend’s worth $2000 something but I don’t know the model)
Check the site
The following models are the basic ones of their brands:
CASIO AP-24
YAMAHA YDP-S30R
KAWAI CL 25C
You won’t regret with any of theese. All of them have weighted keys, MIDI and a buch of good sounds. If you lack of space you may also consider the Korg-SP200 (no stand and no speakers, as small as a 7-octave keyboard can be).
Where to buy? samash.com have good pricing and service.
