I just have one, you are likely practicing enough. The night before just practice half as much as you usually do, give yourself a bit of a rest the night before and be fresh for the audition.

Here are a few tips to help:
- the way you dress can make a big impression on examiners. Wear something comfortable to play in (shorter sleeves are good so they don’t get in the way), but also look professional.
- Bring a towel before you go in, to wipe your hands if they get sweaty
- after you warm up, keep rubbing your hands together to keep them as warm as possible before you play
- Think positive thoughts, and remind yourself that if you have done the hard work, you deserve it!
